Character
We strive to model honesty and integrity in all we do. We understand our limitations and ask for help in our work when needed. Our words and deeds match up and we strive for excellence in all we do. We will promote open communication, and exemplify the positive characteristics of a leader.
Service
We will be servant leaders to those around us. We will follow the golden rule: Doing for others as we would want them to do for us. We will serving each others in leadership, balancing each other’s strengths and weaknesses. We will value and utilize the diversity among us to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Life-long Learning
We strive to continuously develop ourselves as individuals, taking every opportunity to acquire knowledge and experience. We will approach our work with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and an open mind.
