Today’s generation of youth need leadership skills to stand as a positive voice for their peers and to pursue a life of purpose and distinction.

Research and experience show there is a lack of leadership development within youth between the ages of 14-18, particularly in urban youth. Essential2Life has worked closely with Atlanta’s urban youth since 1995.  Our experience, commitment to growth, and hand’s on approach in the Atlanta Housing Authority communities has given us a unique perspective on the needs of today’s young people.

Fifteen is a program designed and facilitated by Essential2Life that leverages our influence in these communities to equip and empower urban youth to realize their full potential for leadership and life success.
